  Dissemination of Results The training course ended on the 9 of May 2022 but the outcome of this project will never end!  When the participants Christina Mpasouna and Vaggelis Paxinos returned to Greece they wanted to share the Erasmus+ experience with their friends, family, and university!  So as they said... We held an event, through which there was a presentation of the Erasmus + program (training course) in which we took part. The event took place in an auditorium of the University of Patra and was attended by people from various departments of the University of Patra (bachelor's and master's students) with an age range of 20 to 33 years old.   Elektra, Vaggelis, and Christina were the amazing greek team who traveled from Greece to Bulgaria  and Stara Zagora  for the Training Course" Take up, Help Yourself" which came to life with the great work of the organization YDCMA .    We would like to thank them, as well as the Bulgarian organization  “ YDCMA ”   for this amazing cooperation. About the project The core objective of TC “Take up, help yourself.”, was the introduction of the nonformal and informal methods and tools for youth workers that can foster their contribution and support in the integration process in the labor market.   The group of participants consisted of 30 participants coming from 9 partner countries, over 18 years old motivated to develop their competencies in applying nonformal methods to facilitate the young people’s integration into the labor market. TsaMpa went to Bulgaria for the "112" Training Course, May 2021

  On May 2021 three young people from Greece traveled to Varhovrah (Върховръх) in Bulgaria! Ivana, Kostantinos, and Michalis traveled on the 7th of May 2021 from Crete and Thessaloniki and the amazing adventure had just started!  Thanks to the YDCMA organization from Bulgaria, 3 members of the TsaMpa,  non formal group of youths active in youth wo, and 27 more youths from Europe had an unforgettable Erasmus+ experience! The Training Course "112" aimed at developing various skills and competencies of youth workers related to first aid, risk management, and managing difficult situations. Three experienced trainers provided the  30 participants for 9 European countries (Poland, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, The Republic of North Macedonia, Romania, Portugal, and Greece) with the necessary information and helped them enhance their abilities through the methods of non-formal and informal education.
