We would like to thank all the participants for this amazing collaboration!

When the participants came back to Greece they shared these words with us.

This youth exchange was like a dream! Meeting 40 new people from 5 different countries and staying in a beautiful location like Ayia Napa was one of the best experiences ever! Everything was well planned, from the ice-breaking activities until the workshops! My favorite workshop was the survey about refugees, which made us have an interesting discussion afterward. A big thank you to the organizers who made all of this possible!

I just wanted to share my thoughts on the 'And then I came by boat' YE in Cyprus. The theme of the project was very interesting, it was about refugees and war and some of the workshops were very informative and eye-opening. Ayia Napa was a wonderful place and I had a great time with all of the participants from the other countries.

The following photo is from the peaceful anti-war riot that took place in the city center and it shows the greek team creating the greek banners.

 Thank you, Vasilis Psaradellis

"My name is Georgia I am from Greece and I am 21 years old.

My experience in the project Then I came by boat was wonderful. Initially, I applied to the project just to have a relaxing, good time in Cyprus and to meet new people. Being there made me change my mind. It was the first youth exchange that I participated in. Through the project, I changed my mind because I noticed that through non-formal education you gain more information and you absorb knowledge

effectively.

I feel thankful for connecting with every single participant in the project and receiving feedback and good vibes from them. One week in this project gave me strength, confidence, and inspiration for the rest of the year. I would like to thank every single person that made this experience wonderful and unforgettable for me.

Georgia "

This Erasmus+ project was an experience that I will never forget! Being the first Erasmus+ project I had been chosen to go to, I didn’t know what I could expect. However, no words can accurately describe how amazing this Erasmus+ experience was. The organizers did a really good job in the making of this project, with many activities related to its theme, that provided us with a better understanding of the situation and a way to share our own thoughts on it. Personally, my favorite workshop was when we had the chance to talk with a Ukrainian refugee and hear her experience and how she dealt with the situation. It really opened my eyes and made me want to learn more and help refugees in any way possible. Finally, the best part was meeting and interacting with all the other participants from Cyprus, Lithuania, Romania, and Georgia. We may all come from different backgrounds, but we managed to connect and become a large group of friends.

Thank you,

Georgia Beleli

Keep Erasmus-ing people!
